This policy forms part of the RETLPER Terms of Service and applies whenever you upload or submit artwork for previews, proofs or manufacture.
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Customer Content and Rights
You retain ownership of artwork submitted by you. By uploading Customer Content, you represent and warrant that:
- you own the Customer Content or have obtained all permissions, licences and releases necessary for its reproduction and manufacture;
- the manufacture, sale and delivery of the ordered products will not infringe any copyright, trademark, design right, privacy right, publicity right or other right of any person;
- every identifiable person depicted has consented to the intended use, and content depicting a minor is submitted only with permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian; and
- the Customer Content is not unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful or otherwise prohibited by our policies.
You grant RETLPER and its service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and limited licence to store, process, resize, crop, create proofs from, manufacture and transmit the Customer Content solely for order fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
RETLPER may review, suspend, reject or cancel any order, and may request reasonable evidence of ownership, permission or authorisation. Any review performed by RETLPER does not constitute legal approval of the Customer Content or transfer responsibility for it to RETLPER.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims arising from your breach of these warranties and agree to indemnify RETLPER for reasonable losses, liabilities and legal costs resulting from that breach.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Evidence and records
We may retain an order-linked record of your acceptance, account, submission time, network address, policy version, artwork fingerprint and any authorisation evidence you provide. These records are used for order fulfilment, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal compliance in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
