Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate account and order information, safeguarding account access, and activity conducted through your account. We may limit, suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, infringement or attempts to bypass service limits.

Product photographs and digital previews are visual guides. Screen colour, material, reflective response, cut lines, scale and placement may vary slightly in the physical product. Listed dimensions are approximate manufacturing dimensions.

Custom products normally require about 1–3 business days for production after payment and usable artwork are received. We may adjust a cut line or add a white border when necessary for manufacturability, adhesion or durability, consistent with the production notice shown before preview generation.

You retain ownership of artwork you submit. You grant RETLPER and its production providers a limited licence to store, process, resize, cut, reproduce and manufacture that artwork solely to provide the requested service, maintain transaction records and handle support.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the artwork and that it does not violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights. We may reject or cancel content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive or technically unsuitable.

Prices, minimum order values, discounts, shipping and taxes are shown at checkout where available. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we confirm that it can be fulfilled. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before production and will offer cancellation and a refund if you do not accept the correction.

Production and transit times are separate. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes and carrier restrictions. The International Shipping, Duties & Lost Parcels Policy forms part of these Terms.

RETLPER branding, site design, product photography, software and original product designs may not be copied, scraped, resold or commercially exploited without permission. You may use the site only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes and may not interfere with its security or operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RETLPER is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for delays outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If a dispute arises, contact retlper@163.com first so we can try to resolve it. Applicable mandatory consumer protections in your country or region remain unaffected.
