Intellectual Property Complaints

Email retlper@126.com with your full name, contact details, the right you own or represent, the product or content URL, a clear description of the disputed material, your good-faith statement, and supporting registration or authorisation documents where available.

We may request further information, temporarily restrict the material, contact the submitting customer, reject or cancel an order, or remove a listing. We do not decide complex ownership disputes and may ask the parties to obtain independent legal advice or a binding decision from a competent authority.

Notices must be accurate and submitted by the rights holder or an authorised representative. Knowingly false or misleading claims may create liability. Personal information in a complaint may be shared as reasonably necessary to investigate and respond to it.
