When you make or attempt to make a purchase, we collect Order Information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and transaction details. Payment providers process payment credentials; RETLPER does not receive or store complete card numbers.

We may also collect account details, order history, customer-service messages, uploaded artwork, cutout results and custom-product specifications. In this policy, Personal Information includes both Device Information and Order Information.

• Log files record actions on the site and may collect IP address, browser type, internet-service provider, referring and exit pages, and date/time stamps.
• Web beacons, tags and pixels are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the site.

• Verify addresses, prevent fraud, enforce account and preview limits, and protect the site.

Original artwork, processed cutout files and any optional evidence of permission may be stored in restricted order-file storage and associated with your account, order number, upload time, dimensions, quantity and price. We use these files to create previews, manufacture your order, provide support and handle reprints, rights complaints or disputes.

We may also record the applicable policy version, acceptance time, IP address and cryptographic file hash when you confirm artwork rights at upload or checkout. These records help us document consent, prevent fraud, investigate complaints and comply with legal obligations.

We share information only as reasonably needed with providers supporting authentication, hosting, storage, image processing, payments, fraud prevention, analytics, customer support, production, logistics and customs clearance. We may also disclose information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request, or protect our rights. We do not sell your custom artwork as a standalone product or disclose it publicly without permission.

Where permitted and consistent with your choices, we may use Personal Information to provide targeted advertisements or marketing communications that we believe may interest you. You may use the unsubscribe method in a marketing message or contact us to change your preferences.

Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to browser Do Not Track signals, our site does not currently alter its data-collection and use practices when it receives such a signal. You can manage cookies through your browser and the choices described in our Cookie Policy.

Because RETLPER serves international customers and uses service providers in multiple countries, information may be transferred to and processed outside your country or the European Economic Area, including where our hosting, payment, analytics, production or support providers operate. We retain Order Information and other records only for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, legal compliance, fraud prevention, warranty, reprint and dispute handling, unless you request deletion and no legal basis requires continued retention.

Depending on your location, including if you are a European resident, you may have rights to access, correct, update or delete Personal Information, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority. Some records must be retained for legal or transaction purposes. We process information to fulfil contracts with you, such as an order, and to pursue the legitimate business interests described above. To submit a request, email retlper@126.com. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. The site is not directed to children who cannot legally enter a purchase contract in their jurisdiction.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
