Delivery
International Shipping
This policy explains production, international transit, customs charges, tracking and how delayed or lost parcels are handled.
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Production and dispatch
Custom products normally require approximately 1–3 business days for production after payment and usable artwork are received. Large, complex or revised orders may take longer.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Orders containing custom and stock products may ship together when all items are ready unless we arrange otherwise.
Shipping methods and estimates
Available standard and express services, estimated charges and available tracking are shown at checkout based on destination and chargeable package weight. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier capacity, remote-area handling, weather, public holidays, customs and other events outside our reasonable control.
Customs, duties and taxes
Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, customs brokerage and other destination charges. Customs authorities may request identification or payment before release. RETLPER cannot mark an order with a false value or description.
Address accuracy and delivery
Customers must provide a complete, deliverable address and contact information. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Re-delivery, return or reshipment caused by an incorrect address, refusal or failure to collect may require additional payment.
Delays
If we learn that we cannot dispatch within the time promised, we will provide an updated estimate and, where required by law, the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund. Carrier tracking pauses do not always mean a parcel is lost, particularly during customs processing.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking is overdue beyond the stated delivery window, email retlper@163.com with your order number. We may ask the carrier to investigate and may need the recipient to confirm non-receipt or cooperate with a claim.
If the carrier confirms loss or damage and the delivery information was correct, we will offer a replacement, reprint or refund as appropriate. A delivery scan may require a carrier, building-management or local-authority investigation before a remedy is issued. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
